Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via US Postal Service without tracking and drop-off without signature, unless otherwise indicated in your order.
If you prefer delivery by UPS with tracking and required signature, be sure to choose this method during checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return it to us for a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Returned merchandise must be new and in resalable condition, with the original packaging and tags. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any food or drink items.
To make a return, please complete and mail the return form (included on your packing slip), along with the merchandise (prepaid and insured at your expense) to the address printed on the return form included in your shipment.
Cancellations and changes can be accepted only until the moment the warehouse has picked and packed your order. After that point, you will need to return the merchandise per the policy noted above. In most cases, this is within the first hour or so of the next business day.
Orders received before 1:00 pm, CST, business days will be shipped within three business days. Orders received after 1:00 pm, CST, will be shipped within four business days.
If you order an item and we discover that we are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order as normal. We will then ship the backordered item as soon as it becomes available, using the shipping method of your choice, at your expense. We will alert you once the backordered shipment has left our warehouse. We reserve the right to change this policy, and we will update this page accordingly.
